Raising Capital to Execute the Lahijan Project

 As a company active in the construction sector, Tose'e Eghtesadi Ayandeh Andisheh Iranian intends, under this project, to participate in the preparation and sale of 1200 square meters of prefabricated units for the Lahijan construction project over 12 months. According to the contract submitted by the investee company with Royan Kalbod Hooshmand, numbered  139-1401-ق  , as well as the letters submitted under numbers 1402025ص and 105ق1403, the company will participate in the production of 12,00 square meters of prefabricated units for a residential complex and its operation in Jir Gavaber village, Lahijan County, Gilan Province. It should be noted that implementation of all provisions of the aforementioned contract is mandatory and the responsibility of the investee, and in all circumstances the investee is required to realize the revenues associated with this project within the project term. According to the submitted addendum, this contract has been extended until 20/12/1403, and this term may be extended by written agreement between the parties. The base amount of the entire contract had also been projected and set at 180,000,000,000 rials, equivalent to the construction of 1200 square meters of prefabricated units. However, based on the company's latest statements and verification by the agent, this amount has increased, and the applicant's share has risen to 20 billion tomans. Therefore, Tose'e Eghtesadi Ayandeh Andisheh Iranian intends to raise 35،500 million rials through crowdfunding on the Halal Fund platform to contribute to financing part of the working capital for preparing prefabricated units. This project uses a flexible funding model and will be considered successful if at least 60 percent of the amount requested by the applicant is raised. Project profit is expected to be paid every 3 months, starting at the end of the third month; the principal will also be repaid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profit.
