Working Capital Financing for Di-Hydrogen Package Production

Sakht Tajhizat Aria Arvand Company has a leased head office in Tehran and a workshop leased from a shareholder in Khorramshahr. Its sales are project-based, under contracts with Hirbod Niroo Company (the major shareholder) for various projects. It should be noted that Hirbod Niroo Company, as the main holding company, contracts with other companies and allocates the projects it secures among its subsidiaries. The total area of the head office is 541 square meters, and the workshop covers 213 square meters. Sakht Tajhizat Aria Arvand Company's current activities comprise the design, procurement, and manufacture of equipment required by the oil and gas industry. Sakht Tajhizat Aria Arvand Company began operating in 1399 with the aim of designing and manufacturing process packages used in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. The company's capacity and infrastructure have been planned to enable the manufacture of various types of equipment for the country's oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, including atmospheric and pressure vessels, desalting equipment, gas sweetening equipment, dehydration equipment, equipment for removing heavy components from gas, water and wastewater treatment equipment, oil and gas processing equipment, and other equipment in accordance with the latest standards. The company has been responsible for manufacturing certain oil and gas equipment, including skids for the flare gas recovery unit at the Mansouri oil field in Khuzestan Province. Sakht Tajhizat Aria Arvand Company intends to raise 250,000 million rials through crowdfunding on the Halal Fund platform to provide working capital for the production of a Di-Hydrogen package. This project uses a flexible funding model and will be considered successful if at least 60 percent of the amount sought by the applicant is raised. Project profits are expected to be paid every 3 months, starting at the end of the third month; the principal will also be paid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profit.
