Working Capital Financing for Buying and Selling Batteries for Iranian Cars

  Mad Battery Kish was established in 1400 and registered with the Companies Registration Office under number 14526. According to the applicant's statements, the company's main activities involve purchasing used batteries and supplying new batteries to customers, as well as purchasing new batteries from manufacturers and distributing them to small retailers, which is the subject of this project. The applicant is solely responsible for buying and selling batteries and has no role in their production process. It should be noted that the applicant has not provided this platform with the sales quantities and amounts for the product covered by the project in 1402. Therefore, Mad Battery Kish intends to use crowdfunding through the Halal Fund platform to raise 50,000 million rials in working capital for buying and selling batteries for Iranian cars. It should be noted that any other expenses required to advance this project will be borne by the applicant.   This is a flexible-funding project and will be considered successful if at least 60 percent of the amount sought by the applicant is raised. Project profits (without a profit guarantee) are expected to be paid from the end of the third month and every 3 months thereafter; the principal will also be paid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profit.
