Working Capital Financing for the Production of Melamine-Faced Compressed Wood Panels

Aftab Asia Shomal Wood Industries Company was established in 1397 and registered under number 7641 with the Sari Office for the Registration of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions. According to the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 1402,  the company's main activities involve trading wood, raw MDF and LMDF, 16 mm double-sided colored and white MDF, and melamine-faced compressed wood panels, which are the product covered by this project. The production process uses two raw materials: raw MDF and colored paper (in various colors). After these are placed in a melamine press, melamine-faced compressed wood panels are produced. Melamine-faced MDF is a type of wood-based material produced using a lamination process. In this process, several layers of paper and cellulose are compressed together and applied to wood using formaldehyde adhesive. This combination is then subjected to pressure and direct heat until it takes on a uniform, integrated form. Due to its high strength, waterproof properties, suitability for large dimensions, easy maintenance, attractive appearance, and other features, this type of MDF is used in furniture, kitchen cabinets, flooring, walls, and more. Investors will have priority over the investee in profit payments. In other words, if, for any reason, the sales volume stated in the project falls below the projected level, the investee is required to pay investors' projected profits from its own share of profits. This project has a flexible funding model and will be considered successful upon raising at least 60 percent of the amount requested by the applicant. Project profits (without guaranteed returns) are expected to be paid starting at the end of the third month and every 3 months thereafter; the principal will also be repaid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profits. The principal is secured by a guarantee issued by Tose'e Ta'avon Bank with SEPAM number 3404803636263915, valid until 1404/11/27 and renewable at the request of Hesab Yari Amin Melal Company.  Contract   Project Evaluation Project Symbol: Halaftab / halaftab
