Working Capital Financing for Buying and Selling Various Rotary Hammers and Demolition Hammers

The Ferik brand, owned by Hashti Afarinan Sepehr, began operating in the industrial and household tools sector in 1400 as the Ferik Tools Gallery in Yazd. Hashti Afarinan Sepehr intends to raise 250،000 million rials through crowdfunding on the Halal Fund platform to provide working capital for buying and selling various types of "rotary hammers" and "demolition hammers" under the "Ferik" brand. Of these funds, 123،400 million rials will be spent on purchasing various rotary hammers and 123،400 million rials on purchasing various demolition hammers (a total of  246،800 million rials). Assuming a 3-month turnover cycle (4 times per year), the cost of purchasing various rotary hammers will be 493،600 million rials and the cost of purchasing various demolition hammers will be 493،600 million rials (a total of  987،200 million rials). It should be noted that, according to the audited financial statements for the year ended 1402, the company's operating cycle was 150 days (2.4 months). The applicant is required to maintain the turnover cycle stated in this project.   This project has a flexible funding model and will be considered successful if at least 60 percent of the amount requested by the applicant is raised. Project profits (without a profit guarantee) are expected to be paid every 3 months, beginning at the end of the third month; the principal will also be repaid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profit.
