Working Capital Financing for Server Imports and Sales

Considering Meftah Rayaneh Afzar's domestic and international trading experience in IT and the supply of computer components and equipment to customers, the company's assessments, as well as reduced global production of components such as servers, hard drives, etc., and long delivery lead times from manufacturers such as Intel, hp, Dell, etc., the company estimates that certain networking and data center equipment items will face shortages. Therefore, the company intends to use crowdfunding through the Halal Fund platform to finance part of the working capital required to import hardware, including hard drives and servers, in the amount of 154,500 million rials. This project has a flexible funding model and will be considered successful if at least half of the amount requested by the applicant is raised. Project profits are expected to be paid starting at the end of the third month and every 3 months thereafter; the principal will also be repaid at the end of the twelfth month, together with the corresponding profit. The principal is secured by a guarantee issued by the University of Tehran Research and Technology Fund with Sepas code 1004814031149019, valid until 1404/04/11 and renewable at the request of Hesab Yari Amin Melal company.
