Noavaran Robotic Sharif began operating in 1395, supplying and selling electronic and robotics components under the brand name Cafe Robot. The company's operations have been entirely online. According to its articles of association, the company's scope of activity includes: design, calculation, supervision, consulting, implementation, procurement, production and distribution of aerial and ground structures and control, electrical and mechanical hardware; undertaking robotics and electronics projects; designing various electronic circuits and precision instruments, excluding protection and security systems and closed-circuit cameras; trade and commercial activities, including buying and selling permitted goods and clearing goods through the country's customs; exporting and importing permitted goods; procuring and supplying light and heavy machinery and personnel related to the company's scope of activity; and participating in tenders and auctions in compliance with the country's applicable laws and regulations. Project profit payments (with no guaranteed profit) are expected to begin at the end of the third month and be made every 3 months thereafter; the principal will also be paid at the end of the twelfth month, together with the corresponding profit.
