Working Capital Financing for the Production of 12-Square-Meter Rug Covers

Zarbaf Yazd Spinning and Weaving Company began operations in 1385 and has the capacity to produce polyester yarn, chenille yarn, rug covers, polypropylene CF yarn, and partially oriented filament yarn (poy). According to the applicant, polyester yarn is one of the raw materials used to produce rug covers. For this purpose, the company has polypropylene (pp) yarn production lines, a polyester (POY) yarn production line,  texturing machines (DTY), an ATY machine, a warping machine, jacquard and dobby weaving machines, a rug cover printing machine, and yarn dyeing machines. These lines are used to produce various types of  polyester yarns, polypropylene yarns, printed rug covers, and woven rug covers. Accordingly, Zarbaf Yazd Spinning and Weaving Company intends to raise 150,000 million rials in working capital for the production of 12-square-meter rug covers through crowdfunding on the Halal Fund platform. Any other costs required to advance this project will be borne by the applicant.   This project has a flexible funding model and will be considered successful if at least 60 percent of the amount sought by the applicant is raised. The project's profit (which is not guaranteed) is expected to be paid from the end of the third month, at intervals of 3 months; the principal will also be paid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profit.   The principal is guaranteed by the applicant. The Sepas number of the guarantee issued by the Machinery Industry Fund is 1204814041371387.
