Working Capital Financing for Frozen Product Production

This company is active in the procurement, production, distribution, purchase, sale, import, and export of all legally permitted commercial goods, particularly food products. Its other activities include the production and distribution of various frozen food products, including canned fruits and vegetables; the design, manufacture, and commissioning of various machinery for producing hot and cold food products and canned products; and the import and export of various food preparations, food products, and raw animal-derived and seafood ingredients. In this regard, Salamat Mehvar Gilani Industries intends to raise financing through the Halal Fund crowdfunding platform to provide working capital for the production and supply of frozen products (frozen fruit, frozen pitted sour cherries, and frozen vegetables). The intended financing amount is 250،000 million rials, and the project details are as follows: Based on the applicant's statements, the average operating cycle is estimated at 120 days, equivalent to 3 cycles during the project's 12-month period. It should be noted that the operating cycle in the financial statements is once every 200  days. It is necessary to emphasize that the operating cycle declared by the applicant is 120 days, and the company will be required to maintain at least the declared turnover. The project's profit (without guaranteed profit) is expected to be paid starting at the end of the third month and every 3 months thereafter; the principal will also be repaid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profit. The principal has been guaranteed by the applicant. The Sepas number of the guarantee issued by the University of Tehran Fund is 1004814041392554 and it is valid until 1405/11/18.
