Working Capital Financing for the Production and Sale of Finisher Feed Specifically for Broiler Chickens

Parsadan Tabarestan began producing livestock, poultry, and aquaculture feed in 1393. Poultry feed ingredients include corn, soybean meal, wheat, salt, baking soda, and various vitamins, which are ultimately converted through the necessary processing (PELLETING) into poultry feed (pellets), including Finisher 1 and 2, Grower, Super, and Starter feeds. Poultry finisher feed is the final ration given to broiler chickens from the sixth week onward. The purpose of using finisher feed is to help chickens produce more meat, gain weight, and prepare them for sale in the target market. Broiler finisher feed plays an important role in weight gain, muscle growth, improved feed efficiency, reduced carcass fat, and preparing chickens for the chicken sales market. This project is intended to produce two products, Finisher 1 and Finisher 2, which are the products covered by the project. Parsadan Tabarestan intends to raise 150,000 million rials through crowdfunding on the Halal Fund platform to provide the capital required for the production and sale of finisher feed specifically for broiler chickens. In this regard, according to its statements, "Parsadan Tabarestan" intends to produce 5,839,112 kilograms of finisher feed specifically for broiler chickens over 12 months under this project. According to the applicant's statements, the company's operating cycle is estimated at approximately 2 months, for a total of 6 cycles over the entire project period (12 months). This project uses a flexible funding model and will be considered successful if at least 60 percent of the amount requested by the applicant is raised. Project profits (without guaranteed profit) are expected to be paid every 3 months, beginning at the end of the third month; the principal will also be paid at the end of the twelfth month together with the corresponding profit.   The principal has been guaranteed by the applicant.
