Working Capital Financing for the Production of Refined Soybean Oil

The company's main activities include purchasing and selling, supplying and distributing, producing crude edible oils and extracting oil, refining, processing, and packaging edible oils for consumption and use in the food industry, and producing and packaging oils for livestock and poultry feed, margarine, butter, fatty acids, and other oil products, etc. According to the audited financial statements for the year ended 29/12/1403, the majority of operating revenue in fiscal year 1403 came from the production of soybean meal (8،277،135 kilograms), bulk winterized refined sunflower oil (1،807،475 kilograms), bulk refined soybean oil (1،598،625 kilograms), and soybean cooking oil in 16-kilogram packages (1،012،720). According to the applicant's statements regarding soybeans, these oilseeds are processed into refined soybean oil and soybean meal. Accordingly, Soda Talayi Shomal Food Industries intends to raise financing through the “HalalFund” financing platform to provide working capital and purchase the raw materials (including soybeans and crude soybean oil) required to produce refined soybean oil.   The principal is guaranteed by the applicant. The SEPAM number of the guarantee issued by the Cooperative Development Bank is 3419705697149337.
