Baspar Foam Azin is a subsidiary of Sabalan Manufacturing Group, which produces various types of foam and sponge in different densities. This manufacturing group is based in Eyvanaki Industrial Estate, Semnan, and has a total production area of 20 thousand square meters. Alongside brands such as Baspar Foam Rastak, Fidar, and Atiyeh, Baspar Foam Azin also produces and supplies foam products for various applications.Baspar Foam Azin intends to raise 500،000 million rials through crowdfunding on the "Halal Fund" platform to provide working capital for the production and sale of density 17 sponge. According to the applicant's statements, the raw materials required to produce density 17 sponge are primarily imported and include items such as polyol (Polyol), TDI (TDI), pigment, calcium carbonate, Dabco (Dabco), silicone, Cosmos (Cosmos), methylene, and nylon. Hereafter in this report, these items will collectively be referred to as "raw materials."Based on the applicant's statements (as detailed in the attached letter), the average operating cycle is estimated at 365 days, equivalent to 1 cycle during the project's 12-month period. It should be noted that the operating cycle in the financial statements is 362 days. It is important to note that the operating cycle declared by the applicant is 365 days, and the company will be required to maintain at least the declared turnover.
