The operating cycle declared by the applicant forms the basis for estimating the project's revenues and costs, and the company will be required to maintain at least the declared turnover. According to the audited financial statements for 1403, the company's operating cycle was 578 days.Also, according to the applicant's statements (as detailed in the attached letter), the average selling price per kilogram of the product covered by the project was 850,000 rials. Taking into account an operating cycle occurring twice per year and the resources available to the company, production of this product over the project period is estimated at 776,250 kilograms. Accordingly, the company's revenue over the project period is projected at 659,813 million rials.According to the applicant's statements, the production cost per kilogram of the product covered by the project is 640,000 rials. Therefore, given the production volume of 776,250 kilograms of the product covered by the project, total production costs are estimated at 496,800 million rials. It should be noted that other costs associated with implementing the project are borne by the applicant.
