Provision of Working Capital to Purchase Raw Materials (Cotton Yarn) and Produce Cotton Fabric

Pouya Baft Rang Mansouj is active in the country's textile industry, producing various types of circular-knit fabrics, dyeing and finishing fabrics, and producing and selling woven fabrics. Using its production capacity in Qom Province, the company produces and supplies products required by the textile industry.The company intends to raise 50 billion tomans through the HalalFund crowdfunding platform to provide the working capital required to purchase raw materials, particularly cotton yarn, and to produce and sell cotton fabric. The funds raised will be used to purchase raw materials and cover costs associated with producing the product.Under the projected plan, the company aims to produce and sell approximately 162 tonnes of cotton fabric over the project's 12-month implementation period, allowing for two operating cycles. The sales value of the products during this period is estimated at approximately 142٫4 billion tomans.According to the assessment report, the projected return for investors in this project is 47 percent over the 12-month period, payable on a provisional basis at three-month intervals starting at the end of the third month. The principal will also be repaid at the end of the project implementation period.Additionally, to cover the risk of principal repayment, a guarantee of the undertaking to repay the principal issued by Bank Sepah has been provided for this project.
