Bespar Foam Rastak, a subsidiary of the Sabalan Manufacturing Group, produces various types of foam and sponge in different densities. The company was established in 1394, and its project site is located in Eyvanaki Industrial Estate in Semnan Province. Bespar Foam Rastak holds an operating license from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and has previously raised crowdfunding through the Halal Fund platform. This project aims to secure 50 billion tomans in working capital to produce and sell sponge with a density of 30. After deducting financing fees, the funds raised will be used to purchase raw materials required for production, including polyol, TDI, and other additives. According to the plan submitted by the company, approximately 127٫5 tonnes of sponge are projected to be produced and sold over two operating cycles during the project period. The project duration is 12 months, and the projected profit for investors over this period is 47 percent. Provisional profit payments will be made at three-month intervals, starting at the end of the third month, and the principal will be repaid at the end of the term. The principal is covered by a guarantee issued by Bank Melli Iran. The company is required to submit a project progress report to Halal Fund every three months. The final profit will be determined and settled following a formal audit of the project. The stated profit is a projection, and its realization depends on the project's performance; changes in raw material prices, fluctuations in selling prices, and a longer operating cycle are among the risks of implementing the project.
