Drawing on specialized equipment and experience in road construction, highway construction, township development, water and wastewater network installation, and building materials production, the company works to meet the needs of civil engineering and construction projects.This project has been defined to provide the working capital required for concrete production and sales in Rasht County. Funds raised through this project will be allocated to purchasing the raw materials needed for concrete production, including cement, gravel, sand, and other consumables. The project is planned to provide the liquidity required for the production process, maintain operational continuity, and meet market demand for concrete products.According to the projections presented in the feasibility report, the company intends to produce and sell approximately 6٬645 cubic meters of concrete during the project's 12-month implementation period. Total revenue from product sales is estimated at approximately 471 billion and 804 million rials, and the project's total profit, after deducting allowable expenses, is estimated at approximately 221 billion and 804 million rials.The financing required for this project is 25 billion tomans, and the projected profit for investors over the 12-month period is 47 percent. Interim profit payments will be made quarterly, at a monthly rate of 3٫92 percent, beginning at the end of the third month. The principal will be repaid at the end of the project's implementation period, in accordance with the contract terms.Investors' principal in this project is guaranteed through a payment undertaking guarantee issued by Bank Melli Iran. The project's final profit will be determined after the implementation period ends and an official audit is completed.This project provides an opportunity to participate in financing the working capital of a company active in the concrete and building materials production industry. The stated profit is a projection, and its realization depends on the project's actual performance and the terms set out in the investment contract.
